When will my bounce house or other party rental be delivered?
We typically deliver your event and inflatable rentals the morning of your event, though delivery may occur earlier depending on our route schedule. Our team will contact you before your event to confirm delivery timing so you know exactly when to expect us.
Do I need to be home during delivery and pickup?
Yes, an adult should be present when we deliver the equipment so we can review placement and safety instructions. For pickup, you do not always need to be present as long as the equipment is accessible and cleared of personal items.
What happens if the weather changes on my event day?
If severe weather is expected, contact our Afford-a-Bounce team as soon as possible. Safety is always our priority, and we will work with you to discuss rescheduling or available options for your order.
How much do I pay today to reserve my rental?
Most party rental only require a small deposit to reserve your date. The remaining balance is typically due before or at delivery. Your cart will clearly show the amount required today to secure your reservation.
Where should the inflatable or equipment be set up?
We recommend a flat, open space such as grass, turf, or a suitable hard surface. Make sure the area is clear of debris, low branches, and obstacles so our team can safely set up your rental.
