    A clear passageway from the street or driveway to the setup site is required: minimum 4 ft width, gate opening approximately 4 ft wide, and no obstructions. Some larger units require a wider path and gate.

    We cannot set up if the path is blocked (an AC unit or gate-less fence, for example), and we will not carry a unit through a home. Units are heavy and move by hand truck only. If your driveway path does not qualify, we can usually set up in the front or side yard as long as there is enough space for the unit and blower.

    No refunds if the customer fails to provide a clear path.
